GC Eagles - Team Guidelines
By registering as a member, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
- Playing time is every Monday at Club United, Merville, Parañaque, from 7:30 - 8:30 pm. All players should be on the field before 7:30 pm so we can organize the teams and not lose valuable playing time.
- If a player is more than 15 minutes late, he will no longer be allowed to play.
- An email with a link to a website will be sent out every Wednesday to all registered players stating:
- Playing;
- Not Playing;
- Social Part.
- The result will be emailed back the following Monday around 5:00 pm.
- Each player is responsible for updating their status before 4:45 pm on Monday whether they will play or not. If something suddenly comes up after 4:45 pm and you want to change your status, please inform the team via the WhatsApp group or by email to football@mail.pegotec.net. All registered players should respond to that email.
- If the registered player does not answer for 4 (four) consecutive weeks, they will be taken off the email list.
- If a player confirms and doesn't show up without sending regrets, ₱500 shall be due.
- Fees have to be paid each quarter in advance and are not refundable. Payment shall be without follow-up by the Treasurer.
- German Club Members: ₱4,000
- Non-GC Members: ₱4,500
- Guest Player: ₱500
- New Members have to pay an admission fee of ₱2,000. The admission fee will be offset against the next four games. After that, they must pay the remaining quarter or the next quarter's fee.
- Each player is allowed to bring guest players interested in joining us regularly. Please note that we are not interested in guest players who occasionally join without plans to eventually become committed team members. The guest player will be allowed to enter two times as a guest, after which they have to decide if they want to be registered as a member. The player is responsible for communicating the GC Eagles Guidelines with their guest before inviting them to play with the team. The fee for guest players is ₱500. It is to be paid to the Treasurer or, in their absence, to another member of the Players' Council. The player who invited the guest is responsible for paying the fee.
- Club United Rules
- Players will not enter the facilities with dirty football shoes.
- Players will leave the shower and changing areas in a neat and presentable condition after use.
- No sports equipment will be washed inside the facilities.
- Players will change only in the designated areas and will not sit around without a shirt after training.
- All Club United house rules will be followed without exception.
- On the pitch, players are expected to:
- Play fair and avoid rough tackles;
- Late hits, sliding tackles close to another player (goalkeepers can slide fairly in the penalty area), and other non-sportsmanlike actions are not accepted. The Players' Council has the right to take measures against players who play with non-sportsmanlike activities or display irresponsible behavior on the pitch.
- We encourage everyone on the team to play in a way that lets all players, no matter their skill level, have a good time and get involved. It's all about sharing the game, so make sure to pass the ball around to everyone. Our team is for players of all ages and abilities, and we want each person to feel like they're an important part of the team. If someone forgets to include others, we'll give them a friendly reminder.
- Respectful Conduct Off the Pitch:
- We expect all members to communicate respectfully and kindly in our WhatsApp group and social events.
- Offensive language, bullying, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
- Remember, we're a team both on and off the field, and our social interactions should reflect the same team spirit and camaraderie we show during games.
- These guidelines shall be followed. A player who refuses to follow the guidelines will be expelled from the team.
