• Attendance tracking and confirmation
• Push notifications for trainings and updates
• Player profile management
• Team communication tools

3. Account Registration and Activation

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Account Activation

• You must receive an activation link from a team administrator to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information

3.3 Account Security

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing football training attendance and team communication.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service
• Transmit viruses or harmful code

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance Confirmation

• You are responsible for confirming your attendance in a timely manner
• Update your response if your availability changes
• Late changes may not be accommodated

5.2 Guest Players

• You are responsible for the accuracy of guest player information
• Ensure your guests comply with team rules and venue policies
• You may be held financially responsible for guest player fees

5.3 Profile Information

• Keep your profile information up to date
• Notify administrators of changes to your contact information
• Ensure your email and phone number are monitored

6. Team Membership and Access

6.1 Access Control

• Team administrators may grant or revoke your access at any time
• Your account may be disabled if you are no longer an active member
• No refunds or compensation will be provided if access is revoked

6.2 Team Rules

• You must comply with all team rules and policies
• Violation may result in suspension or termination
• Team administrators have discretion in enforcing policies

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Training Fees

• Training participation may require fees
• You are responsible for paying applicable fees
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

7.2 Guest Player Fees

• Guest players may incur additional fees
• You are responsible for ensuring guest fees are paid

7.3 No Refunds

Fees paid for trainings are generally non-refundable. Refund policies are determined by team administrators.

8. Push Notifications

8.1 Consent

By using the mobile app, you consent to receive push notifications including:

• New training invitations
• Training cancellations or changes
• Attendance reminders (if you haven't responded)

8.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out by disabling notifications in your device settings, logging out, or uninstalling the app.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Football System and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

10. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Firebase Cloud Messaging, email providers, and hosting providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Team administrators and members can view your attendance responses and some profile information for team coordination.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOOTBALL SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Football System from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• At the request of a team administrator
• If you are no longer an active team member

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or push notification. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
